Remote Access by Mapping option MyCloud EX2 Ultra OS 5

Hello,

Can someone please guide me on how to access all folders from Mycloud Ex2 ultra remotely using the mapping options?

If this were addressed before please share with me the related topics.

The firmware is OS.5, in this NAS device many folders and user access the folders based on the access rights they have

my question was not for remote backups, I want to access Mycloud Ex2 from any place from a different location via the mapping folder.

for example for Mycloud home, there is a desktop application that can be downloaded from the portal the same feature was not available for Mycloud Ex2.
