Yesterday I enabled a noip account so I could access my remote shares from another WAN.
If I ping to my WDMyCloud I get response, but I already tried to access via SSH, WebDAV, FTP and I can´t.
Is it possible to access a share remotely or mount it in windows/mac or do I really need to do it from WD2Go or install OwnCloud?
Thanks.

You will need to forward the ports from your router to the NAS. Of course, first you have to setup SSH and FTP first on the NAS.

Yes, but only recommeded via SSH.
You could open the TCP ports needed for remote mount as in you were in you own house, but those are BIG security risks.
I recommend nothing but SSH (22) for remote access, it is pretty much the only secure protocol, HTTPS/443 the other. Even then, you can get hacked, make sure you have a strong password and disable root remote login.
Other option to do somehow VPN into your home.
