I’m trying to upgrade my firmware for my EX2 Ultra before upgrading to OS 5. I cannot remember my admin login information. If I reset my device, will I lose the data that is currently on it? I can’t seem to find a definitive answer.
You can try the 4 sec reset button push.
My concern is my data. Will it remain on the device?
4 sec reset won’t erase your data.
