hello i received Refublished WD My cloud home 2TB from ebay WD store
but when i try connect mycloud says already connected different user
i try reset 60+ sec but after 2 hr while led continues blinking
please tell me full factory reset time
and how to remove first account owner
Start by reading through the My Cloud User Manual to gain an understanding of how to use the device.
One can use the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings > Utilities section to perform either a Quick Restore or Full Restore.
Use System only to restore system data to the originial factory settings.
Quick Restore erases content and system info but can be recovered with recovery software;
Full Restore permanently deletes all content and system info, and cannot be recovered. Be sure to create a backup prior to using any restore option.
