I have problem. Because of speeds problems of MyBook Live I have tried reset factory settings - and yes, problems are gone now. I have selected quick reset because there was info, that I could recover data with recovery software. I thought that some recovery software included in this firmware or software from WD. Unfortunatelly no.
Please, can you help me what I shell do? I dont know. Google didn’t help me, I tried connect MyBookLive via Ethernet to my iMac, but I still didnt find some solution how connect entire disc for start recovery software, because connected share folders I can’t scan…
Maybe there are not solution for OS X, but I of couse can install Windows or Linux.
