Hi, I’m a new joiner here and I just realized the service notice update post (1st of Oct) right after I reset MyCloud Home. Anyone knows about how to restore the erased data?

My Cloud Home on Windows or macOS does not support a Recycle Bin feature.
Content deleted from the My Cloud Home User Private Space through the WD Discovery Desktop Mounted Drive, Mobile App or MyCloud.com can only be recovered with the assistance of a Data Recovery Specialist.
