What happened to my "My Cloud" account?

I’ve been having problems accessing my personal cloud storage device via my phone/tablet. I keep getting user permission errors. Errors telling me that I don’t have access, I just now received a "Remote access disable. (970) error.

I just tried logging onto my account via the WD website and I get an error, invalid email address. Was my account deleted? Why? How can a person re-register?
