Rollback not working

Tryin to rollback from the latest firmware to 3_0_28 to remove my component drop out problem.

But I do not get the “New Firmware” tab appear. My firmware is in the root of the USB drive “Store N Go” see below. 

Any thoughts folks gratefully received.

Can we assume that you are using the special rollback firmware or that you have edited the ver file yourself.

And if you open the wdtvlivehub.ver file in notepad you see VERSION=‘4.00.28’. If you see this in the file and it still will not work make sure the update option is on in the setup. If that does not work then you could try a flash drive formatted to fat32.

Yes  VERSION=‘4.00.28’ is there.

Do you mean the option that says ‘update to latest firmware automatically’ or something along those lines?
