Small pictures on TV

Help !

I have Philips 42pfl8804 and WD MyBook World Edition II, now updated with Tonky Media 5.1.4-1 and I still get all photos on the TV screen as 120x160 thumbnails (postage stamp in middle of 42 inch screen!!). Videos fine and fill the screen.
I know the images are not this size and are in fact 1280x960 or bigger.
The images show full size if i plug in a USB stick to the TV

I got the same problem with my Philips 42PFL7675h/12  in combination with my WD MYBOOK World edition (1Tb, white leds).

Changes in the Twonky Media server (5.1), bij appointing another Media receiver (Syabas Firmare base) gave an accepable result  (1920x1077 in stead of 4592x2576), but after a while the Twonky Media server started crashing.

So this was not the solution.

Please inform me if you have solved this problem.
