I have tried multiple new routers and wireless adapters, I can not stream any movies from PC especially HD with out it eventually skipping, losing audio. Is the only real reliable way to watch movies just from internal hard drive? Netflix does stream movies just fine. My questions does anyone have luck streaming HD movies from a pc to the hub via wireless? Or is that unrealistic and hub needs to wired only? Thanks for your reply.
I use N network, Buffalo router and wifi adapter, I can stream most HD content to my WD live. Some files (TS 1080i) are skipping but MKV files (720 and 1080) are streaming great.
I think its up to the format mostly, then the network.
My wifi streams at 300mps while my laptop in the living room shows a reception variation of 115 to 150mps.
