just bought Wd My Cloud, not the most easy product, the syncing of the photos from an android phone just stops… can anyone help?
Have you chosen this in your settings? What android phone do you have? Mine is a Samsung Galaxy S6.
Are you using the WD Photos app? From the drop down menu choose Settings and check your Auto Upload selections.

It’s my daughter Samsung s3 I use the wd mycloud app, I have chosen the directories to save and selected only wifi.
