For some reason, I can not transfer any dvd or blu-ray that is 3gb and over to my exteral mybookklive Duo, I get an error that says upload incomplete each and every time I try to transfer a movie.
I’ve never had a problem like this. It is probably a stutter from your router.
try it by having both devices connected via ethernet to the router.
