I can not transfer any movie that are over 3gb to my external hard drive ( my book live duo). Can someone please offer me some help.

How are you transferring the information? How are you connected to the hard drive? Is your connection wired or wirless? Are you able tyo transfer other large files?

I’m okay now, I simply didn’t read the instructions correctly on transferring content to the external hard drive. Everything is working just fine. Thank you anyway. I appreciate people wanting to help. Thanks again.
