I have a NAS WD MYCLOUD PR4100.
I am able to access all directories but when I turn share off of some shares i am not able to access it.
What am I doing wrong?

It also helps to post more information to help others assist in diagnosing your problem. For example: What firmware version your My Cloud is running. What computer (and OS) or mobile device (and OS) the problem is occurring on. Is the problem only present when accessing the My Cloud remotely using the OS5 Mycloud.com web portal or OS5 My Cloud mobile apps? If an error is indicated what is the specific error message? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
