Public share a folder not accessable

Hi I have set up a folder ‘Public’, it is public and most folders in that area are open for me to access. Somehow I have a Public/Shared Music folder which I can’t access.


How has it happened and how do I sort it back to public?
Any ideas, please?

Just to point out that before you start too many thread in this My Cloud Home subforum, that you indicated you are using a different NAS and those subjects are covered in a different subforum. The MC Home here uses a completely different OS4 than your NAS. Head up to the WD Community link above and over to the My Cloud OS5 forum or the MC Pro series forum

The correct information in the correct sub-forum will usual get faster help. Creating a topic in a sub-forum for a different device than what you have means the people looking at your topic may not know anything about the device you own.
