UI not accessable after turning off CLOUD access

I have turned off the CLOUD ACCESS in the dashboard and now I can not get onto the UI at all. The IP is showing up on my router BUT. When i enter the NAME or the IP address it says UNABLE TO CONNECT. Can someone help me figure this out. Thanks to everyone in advance.,

Are you on the same local network as the My Cloud? What color is the front LED? Did your My Cloud get updated to OS5/v5.x firmware? If updated to OS5 the indexing OS5 does may render the My Cloud inaccessible for periods of time.
