Usb 3 hub with power supply

Hi
I bought a USB hub 4 Ports Powered USB 3.0 Hub and a pocket for two drives with the RAID option https://www.amazon.de/DIGITUS-USB3-0 -Geh% C3% A4use-Unterst% C3% BCtzt-Raid0 / dp / B07T3R3WX3. I connect 3 disks via HUB (HUB connected to power) my EX2 Ultra does not see any disk. I plugged in the DIGITUS bay and it does not see the disks in my EX2 ultra. I have purchased one more device but I am waiting for delivery. So far, I have two drives connected directly to the USB ports and they work properly, while the HUB or the pockets for more drives are not recognizable, they are not visible in the EX2 Ultra.
The question is whether I am doing something wrong or just my EX2Ultra has a problem with recognizing more disks? My Ex2 Ultra has the latest 5.18.117 firmware.

Hi @Keerti_01
I submitted an application to the WD Technical Support team, but I did not get a response. I started browsing the WD Community forum. There is some information here, but there is no specific solution for OS5 versions.

I use 2 self powered hubs with 14 ports I am not stupid to run all at once I can run 5 Nas drives separate the hubs are sabrent the others are rubbish without separate power no chance my friend tried a cheap one and the sparks coming out was like a fireworks knight
