Much to my surprise my 2TB WD20EFZX Red Plus died a couple of days ago. Even more to my surprise it was still in warranty. I’ll RMA it, I thought.
I completed all the online forms but got no further than submitting my details when I had the pleasure of being presented with what is obviously a crashed web text page eg:
Array [Incident_Customfields_c_brand => 555
and many other lines of ‘presumably SQL code’
I tried different browsers - no luck.
Anybody else seen this?

You’re definitely not alone—I had the same problem with their RMA page a while back. I ended up calling WD support, and they sorted it out for me. It was a bit of a hassle, but it worked!
