Need help…
i purchased my WD TV live hub last year, and last night i decided to update the firmware
old firm ware 2. 0. somehting, and update to firmware 3. 0. …something…
did all the things like aske to do…downloaded, extract to USB root level , plugged …choose update icon, OK …
suddenly the “do you want to sync window”- appeared, i pressed YES … (after recheck the manual, realized thats a mistake 
now my TV hub only shows WD logo on the screen, WD logo on the hub is ON, no blinkking, no “loading mochi” notification detected as well…
tried reset, tried rest it for 1 day, tried to replug the USB update firmware, nothing work… need help please…

It just freezes… (fan is working, can feel the soft spinning)

Tried reset pin button, reset button, unplugged (haven’t slammed it though)

Hi alucard, Yes i did, power off, unplug everything, Reset oin, then power off , wait 3 minutes…did it all, Unless there are some other certain combination… Nothing works…it just freeze with WD logo, with no precess… Geez…really frustated…
Do you have network access to you hub?
If so, try deleting the synced firmware folder
Hi firetix, by network, do u mean i need to connect it to computer? By LAN cable? Havent try…i’ll look for LAN cable an try…will update soon…

If you have tried doing a powercycle and pressing the reset button, and that doesn’t fix the problem, I would call tech support to see if the can replace it.
