WD My Book no longer opens

Hello I have a WD My Book external hard drive that suddenly doesn’t open. The computer still recognizes it and says it is working properly but it will not start up. I have plugged it into a new computer as well and it accepted and recognized it but it still will not start up - I can not open to get to any files. What can I do?

Note : when I open properties it says device not migrated???
