WD mycloud EX2 Ultra help on inititial use

We had set this up 3 years ago with phone support and recently tried to gain access to the storage on the network. It leads us to the web interface but we cant seem to manage backed up files or assign new files to be backed up. Is this done through the web interface or is there another software for these tasks. Your help is much appreciated.
