Hi have just bought a my cloud WD hard drive. I have downloaded the WD app for iphone and started uploading photos from my iphone to WD photo app and it crashed and since then everytime i upload photos i dont know where they go.
Cant view them at all on WD Photo. I have ios7 software and have read that it could be a problem. Any help would be much appreciated.
The photos should be in a folder with a title like tim iphone and its probably a sub folder within the public folder.
Are the photos jpg.
You may have to back all the way out of the app to the welcome screen and then connect again to see the photos that you have just added.
Not sure that crashing has anything to do with it, as far as i can see the app does not show you where they go
