WD TV Live Hub...now what do i need?

I’ve had the WD TV Live Hub for a couple years now but i’m wondering what exactly, if anything, i can get in order to watch the movies that i currently have on the Live Hub connected to my living room tiv on another TV in my bedroom. None of my TVs are smart TVs.  For the longest time, i was just unplugging and then plugging into my bedroom tv in order to watch in there.  One thing, i don’t have a wireless connector for the live hub yet(any suggestions would help)…so when i want to download box covers and movie info i just plug in the ethernet and let it go to work.  I’ve also used my PS3 to stream through my computer but that doesn’t work very well and doesn’t show all the files i have on my Live Hub…i’m looking for something from WD that i could plug into my bedroom tv that would talk to my WD TV Live Hub on my living room TV.  Is there such a monster?  And i’m guess for that to happen my Live Hub would have to either have a wireless connector or be hardwired ethernet style at all times for the streaming to work.  So if you know of a good wirelss adapter for the live hub i would appreciate the info.  I have Time Warner cable internet…i got the bump up to the max internet speed they offered…i also have a Sony Vaio Laptop(in case that’s needed to be known)…thanks for any help you can give to this manner.

You might look here if you want to get something from WD. I would shy away from the WD TV Play. It’s a low end unit and, IMHO, still has too many bugs for reliable use. The WD TV Live is very much like the Hub without the hard drive.

If you can find a WDTV LIVE Plus…I would get it. But wouldn’t mess with one unless it was brand new in the box. It’ll be a hard nut to find.

Just a suggestion:

You might think about something Android based that accesses the Google play store for apps. There are devices like the Tronsmart T428 and MK908II that look sorta like a USB thumb drive but instead connect to your TV’s HDMI input. They kinda turn your dumb TV smart or more like into a giant tablet! So any apps available on Google can be run on it and it’s then pretty much what app do you like best for viewing movies and file sharing. Get a wireless mouse and a good powered USB hub (most stick users suggest a 2 amp power supply for the USB hub). You need the hub for connecting the mouse, hard drives and other devices. Some people are just now starting to play with XBMC on these things. This may be the next wave in home media, I dunno if it will fly or not. I have one, I like it.
