WD15EADS 1,5 TB Warranty 2 years?

Hi guys, sorry for my English :wink: My problem is i buy a WD15EADS for 1 year . And he say me warranty are expired on 06.May 2011…? Whats Wrong? I mean i have 3 years Warranty of this product!
