I have a very big problem so please help me
I have a “WDMyCloudEX4” 16 TB
I connect this device on network but after 10 to 15 mintes hang then no work dash board or any other
so every 15 minutes i have to do it restart with power plug then working only 15 mintues
i give them static ip and DHCP ip but nothing
after hanging do not connect any computer with WD

You should try to perform 4 second reset on the drive and if the issue still persist then you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this.
