What are the “optimal” operating temperatures for Western Digital Red  Pro?

p.s.: I have a server with two raid arrays, and I used desktop pc before, had 28-35°C max, now I have up to 38-42°C. Is it okay?

Temperature (°C)

Operating = 5 to 60

Non-operating = -40 to 70

Well, yes, that’s what the brouchure says, 

I wanted the real life opinion. Where should I keep them, to keep them running at least for 3-5 years, not the brouchure stuff,
