Western Digital Scorpio Blue WD3200BEVT Clicking sound

Hello everyone,

I’ve been experiencing weird clicking noise with this hard drive, the clicking noise occurs causing some glitchs when i play a game. this is how it sounds like exactly : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jQGkJ1u2vg .

I tested the hard drive using GsmartControl, here’s the log file:

So can anyone tell me if it’s the click of death or it’s just the intellipark causing this sound?

You can also try to use DLG to test the drive. If the test fails, the unfortunately the hard drive is faulty.
