I am not able to access the folders in Mycloud Home any more.
I have a Macbook Pro, and I set up local access as I knew the web access was being shut down, and that worked for quite a while.
Now, I can connect to the drive, and see the top folders, but cannot access the contents.
I have a big USB drive, but I can’t figure out how to recover the data from the Mycloud Home.
Any ideas? I would be willing to send this to WD and pay them to recover the data. I’m just fed up with this Mycloud. It has never worked well on the Mac.
