Cant access the local Public folder

I made a mistake. I copy too much data on the device and now it is full.
It has 0 bytes free.
And I cant access it to delete some of the files…

Folders witch are visible trough web portal have some data, I deleted it but with no luck.
The device is still in 0bytes…

I can perform factory reset via application but it is not an option.
Help.
