Connect the WD TV Live

Hello,

I have a question about the Western Digital - WD TV Live.

It’s simple, i want to know if it’s possible to connect de WD TV Live by the HDMI port to my video projector, and by the 2 audio composite (1 Video 2 Audio), connect the WD TV Live to my speakers.

I Haven’t amplificator, so i can’t use the HDMI to have sound.

Is my solution is fonctionnal ?

Oui.  C’est possible.

Set the AUDIO MODE to “Stereo” and the VIDEO MODE to “HDMI.”

Note:  This will limit the audio formats supported.   Dolby True-HD will NOT work (and maybe some others.)

Hi. Be careful… My WD TV Live works in all TV, but it does not works with a HDMI video projector so far. I have tried all resolutions but it does not work…
