Harmony One & Live Hub Power Toggle Issues

Hi everyone,

i just got me the Harmony One remote and everything is a walk in the park except for the power toggle function.

I used to have the Harmony 900 and when i stopped the LiveHub activity it would send the device into standby. LED light goes off but the device is still available in the network.

Now it happens to turn off the device entirely, which I didn’t even know was possible.
 This however bothers me because the device as to boot up from the scratch and gather content from 2 ext. HDD’s…

I am sure someone else ran into this issue before,

or someone maybe knows if there are 2 different ways to turn off the device, like keeping the power toggle button presses 3 seconds.

Yeah, Logitech (Harmony) changed the database for WD products somewhere like 12-18 months ago. 

They now send the power signal for 3000ms which turns the device OFF.

You can edit that setting in the Harmony settings for your remote(s) to make it about 300ms which should work fine.

I don’t have a milisecond option, I set it to the lowes possible number which is 0.5 seconds, that should do it.
