Help - Can't see files in Public\Shared Music from Windows Explorer?

Hi

I am unable to see any files on the default Public\Shared folders (Shared Music, Shared Pictures, Shared Videos) via Windows Explorer. However when viewed via the Web File Viewer app I can. All other folders on public and private shares are ok.

It appears the permissions, at least as far as shown via Windows, have been modified when I tried deleting the original Shared* folders and the system automatically recreated them.

Has anyone encountered this and come across a fix?

Using Windows File Explorer can you see the contents of other Shares on the My Cloud?

Can you post a screenshot of what you do see in the Public\Shared Music folder using Windows File Explorer?

How were the files copied into the Shared Music folder?
