Incorrect video file names displaying

Hi,

Recently purchased a wd tv live hub and having issues with video file names displaying incorrectly.

The file names appear correct on pc but are different when viewing on tv. I think this may be an issue with meta sourcing but cannot seem to disable this feature.

Probably the most common file name change is to UFC122 etc.

I’d appreciate any help with this.

yes the metadata xml files contain a field called Title

if present this is what is displayed

you can correct the title field inside the xml

you can delete the field inside each xml

you can delete the xml if you don’t need/want it

if you use media libarary might might also need to clear the library

How would I access the metadata XML files? Would this be on the pc or tv?

Just turned the media library off and it seems to have solved the problem. Thanks for your help!
