I uploaded some files to My Cloud, I saw my folders and selected one for the upload and got the message “Files uploaded” when I tried to review the pictures the folder, all folders are gone!!
I restarted my the machine, my laptop several times, my router, installed the app on my phone and after all those attempts the drive still showing empty. Please help!! Thousands of photos are/were stored !!!

How did you uploaded the photos to the my cloud?
From a memory card: click upload, browse to the files on finder, selected the photos, selected one of the folders I created on my cloud/public as my destination (they were all there), upload, got the message upload completed. After that when I wanted to view the uploaded photos all the folder in “Public” and “Silvia” are not visible.
