MY BOOK connection problem

Hi All,
I have MY BOOK WORLD EDITION II (WHITE LIGHT) [WD40000H2NC]

I don’t have connection to my WD storage or I have problem with stable connection.
I have connected WD store with switch (TP-LINK SG1005D) where also is Internet and from switch connection goes to PC.

After each turning off and on my WD storage is found by WD Discovery in PC. I have access to my folders in it. When I’m trying to go to setting of WD storage by typing IP in web browser I am losing connection.

After research I was told by support on call that it is problem of wrong IP of WD storage. So I reset setting as I was told to do so: WD My Book World (White Light): Pin Reset and even after reset I have same problem as it is above.
Now by default I have IP: 10.10.84.167

After turning off and on my WD storage I have:

  • connection to WD
  • WD Discovery see the WD
  • WD Link don’t see WD
  • WD Drive Utilities don’t see WD

ps. after few minutes I lose connection (after turning off and on)
