My Cloud EX2 rebuild raid 1 problem

After one of my raid 1 disk was turn into degraded and a red lamp on device, i replace the faulty disk with the same new one but the lamp is still red and i can’t see the auto-rebuild section. The disk status is both good. Any advice?

The RAID Rebuild process can be slower when there are other My Cloud processes and services consuming memory and CPU resources.
