MyCloud Ex2 - Cannot acces my files WD app

MyCloud Ex2. New laptop. Windows10. Installed new app → i installed through the Microsoft store the app called WD. Cannot acces my data in MyCloud. Message: No supported WD Devices found.

Can acces MyCloud data via file explorer when I’m at home by ip address
Can acces MyCloud dashboard via http://wdmycloudex2/

Already tried: 'private’network/ 'public’network and resetting the device. I’ve already enabled Cloud Access/Remote Access through the My Cloud Dashboard.

I’m out of options…

Anyone knows what i can do next?
