No supported WD devices found

How do I solve the above issue with the WD app?

First, what WD device do you own and what device/operating system are you using? I guess you think we all have great ESP!!

First time I’ve posted here, so here we go: Using Windows 10S (surface laptop).
My Cloud external hard drive 2TB

Are you trying to connect to a remote My Cloud or a My Cloud on the local network?

Can you reach the local network My Cloud Dashboard using a web browser?

Basically more information is needed for others to assist.

Not sure of the terminology. I can access the My Cloud data via the Web login and via the apps on my iPhone/iPad.

I think I’m trying to access the data on the local network as the app WD icon appears under ‘My PC’ - I can access some but not all my files through this?

Are you trying to use Windows File Explorer to access the My Cloud on the local network?
