New HDD failing

I just a new pc with a new WD HDD Green 10EARS 1TB

I installed win7 x64 on the hard drive and it went ok for 2 days

then the next morning my computer couldn’t startup(got the windows startup repairs and couldn’t repair it self)
 and it was deadly slow

so i decided to install windows again maybe it’ll workout but it didn’t it’s still tooooo slow to even login that i can’t bare and sometimes it’s stuck on windows screen

I mean i just bought it two days ago and it was ok
