More information is needed. How are you trying to connect to the My Cloud, remotely or locally? What device are you using and which app or program are you using? Have you checked the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings to ensure the My Cloud is connected to the Interenet? Have you checked to ensure remote access is enabled on the My Cloud and the various Shares you want to access remotely? Have you tried cycling the Cloud Access > Remote Access option in the Dashboard > Settings? Have you tried configuring the My Cloud to use a static IP address, then configure port forwarding for the two ports used for My Cloud remote access in router the My Cloud is connected to?
How long have you owned your My Cloud and have you looked at any of the information provided by WD that might help you?
If you have forgotten the administrator password used to access the Dashboard, one can reset the My Cloud using the 4 second reset method then create a new administrator password.
