Please help Can’t get in my My Book World Edition(white light)

I have a new computer and router last Xmas. Today when I connect one of my portable storage - my book world editiotion ( WD20000H1NC) to my computer with my network cable, it comes up a screen asking Administractor name and password.

As I remember, I never set up any passwords for my portable storages. I try to use the USB cable connect the WD with my computer, the computer doesn’t detect the WD.

Please help, the WD has all my grandkids photos and videos.
