I’m using the WD Photo Classic app on an iPAD 2. This is the best app for viewing our photos, but not all the photos will appear. Not matter what I try - like cleaning cache (5GB) on the iPAD -. We have thousands of photos stored on the My Book World Edition (white light). Deleting photos on the WD has also no effect. Why is that, what can I do about it? What is the best WD Photo Classic alternative (in combination with our Book World Edition (white light)).

I have the exact same problem. Always have since day 1. Photo’s will appear and then next time I try to use it the majority don’t appear. I have the same issue with my iphone and with my Nexus 7 tablet both using WD Photo app. It has never worked.
All the support I have seen asks the same basic questions with the same basic solutions that have never seemed to fix the problem.
Personally I believe the app just does not work.
