On my external (at office) pc “WD Sync” drops the connection to MyCloud unit (home network)? I cant connect again even though I deinstall and reinstall software “WD sync” and trying to login with the Cloud login.
Reinstalled the desktop app for “MyCloud” and it works good and connects.
Login to Cloud also works good.

Ok… tryed before from office, they demanded the serialnr for the product?! Now I’m at office again where I have the problem, must remember to note the serialnr when at home ![]()
