What are diference between 2 models of WDTV Live Streaming WDBHG70000NBK vs WDBGXT0000NBK. Pl advice which one is playng all format.

No media player plays all formats.

If your question is whether they both can play the same file formats, the answer is yes.
The difference is that one is NTSC and the other is PAL, other than that they are both the same.
And as Tony said, no media player will play all formats, but the formats that both play can be found here:

Saying that, both models can be set to either NTSC or PAL via the internal menu. So I assume that either there is some other difference between the two or it just indicates the TV standard they are originally set to at the factory!!

Yeah, what I should have said is that one is for the NTSC market and the other is for the PAL market, even though both can be switch from NTSC to PAL and vice-versa. And they probably have differences in firmwares as to the services they offer, since some services are only available in the US.
In other words, one model is for where you live, and the other ain’t.
