Hi all and thank you for the help.
What can be the cause for me not be able to access my “MyBook Live Duo” NAS from neither my iPAD nor iPhone. I have the app successfully installed on both.
I get this message:
Device Offline
This device is inaccessible: only local files are available.
This is not true since my MyBook Live Duo is online and I can access & browse through it from my PC.
Where can I start looking for the solution? I have “paired” it successfully and on my machine it shows that my iPAD is connected to the NAS.
Please advise.
