WDTV Live Streaming player always restarts? Why?

I have just bought a WDTV LIve streaming media player and it keeps restarting as well as not being able to play video after the restart.

I have a previous WDTV HD live player which works great - No problems!!

I have had enough frustration with the Streaming Media player and am trying to return it to the store. So much time spent on trying to get the player to work without issues is ridiculous.

You are welcome to answer my question but why is the Streaming unit so unreliable when the previous HD unit works great with NO problems.

Sorry but I am frustrated with the new product and would give it 0 out of 10 for a brand new product unit and can’y wait to return it back to the store.

I expect its something to do with the fact that you don’t want an answer as you are returning it. You simply came on to express your frustration which is OK but pointless as we are all users like yourself.
