OK I have an WDTV media player that was working fine i watched movies, pics, listened to music, etc. ive only had for a couple of years and recently been using it just to watch movies. i tried to turn on with remote and didi not work so i changed batteries on my remote a nd again did not work. so i unplugged unit from the ac adapter and replugged back in now it came on but i cant use the remote and it will not boot up. it froze on the first screen where you have the blue wd and below it says wd tv hd media player. i dont know what to do i’ve tried everything please help.

See if pressing the reset button on the bottom side helps, also try to do a powercycle.
