MCM Extremely Slow, Cannot copy files to Drive

I have a MyCloud Mirror 8 TB - Gen 1 I believe, Firmware Version 2.30.165
It has been running fine for almost 2 years with no problems.

All of the sudden I cannot copy any files to the drive at all. I get a Windows error message that says:
Message Title: Item Not Found
Message: Could not find item
This is no longer located at e:\blah, blah blah

I have a screen shot of this error if anyone wants to see it.

I can copy files FROM the MCM to my PC.

I am on a Gigabit LAN
I have Static IP addresses
PC is Windows 10 Pro
The Dashboard is extremely slow - never used to be!

I have tried turning off / removing all extra apps like ITunes, and all that stuff.
I ran System Diagnostics - all checks OK
I have taken other devises off my network
I have reset the MCM
I have powered off the MCM

Nothing has cured the issue.

I am open to suggestions!
