My Cloud Mirror is in Network but can't access

Hi

Just updated to new windows 10 and now i can’t access My Cloud on my PC. is shows in my Network but an network error shows and windows cannot access \MYCLOUD. (see pic)

I can acces it through the IP and i can access the web settings page. i also have WD SmartWare and that is running fine and i have my Plex libary’s folder path as \MYCLOUD.… and that is also working fine

Netbios on the network hosting the Windows computer and the My Cloud may not be configured correctly. You should refer this KBA in this concern:

it seems to be working now. i think my network drivers where not up to date but thanks i will have a look at that first if happens again.
